Social Media and the Workplace Statement of Purpose:

       
        Is to analyze the aspects of social media and the effect the job opportunities or your current job. How does social media play role of attaining a job. Will it affect your ability to attain future promotions. How will it affect your current job. Could website like Facebook and Twitter as an example you make a comment about current employer that puts them in bad light for the public view. We’ll analyze the many roles of social media and explore how it affect future opportunities.
        For example whenever there is a customer in the process of being hired. The higher level manager would get all of your information during the hiring process and search you up on any social network. If the manager sees that you post really ignorant things on the net or inappropriate pictures they would see right then and there that you are not fit for the job.Therefore this situation makes the hiring process more efficient by finding the right worker that fits the job well.

Do I agree with the MBTI Test?

I do agree with most of the test ,because everything that I got was basically true about me. Lets start off with my scores that I received in this exam. I received the initials "E.S.T.J", which stands for Extraversion, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging. My percent was pretty low for all of them because I am almost considered half of both descriptions they where testing on.

'Extraversion' simply means that you get the energy from others. For example I can be in a bad mood but if others are good and having a good time I would join in and enjoy time with them. 'Sensing' is looking at real results for instance being more preferable with Math than English class ,because English their is many answers and Math its just one. As well 'Thinking' you  go based on your logic in which for the most part I do this. 'Judging' I always write down my assignments on my agenda and meet deadlines on time. I do agree with the results that where given to me
